Auditioned for the role of Maria in Andrew Lloyd Webber's reality TV show How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria in 2006 but didn't make it to the live finals. She did however win a £5000 bursery from the BBC which she used to fund a year studying at the Lee Strasberg Theatre School in New York. 

Auditioned on the BBC's The Voice in 2016 singing 'Anyone Who Had A Heart' but didn't impress the judges enough to be selected.
